2017 AC Reunion: How To FAQs

The reunion will be held in Las Vegas at The Orleans Hotel and Casino 4500 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103.  The reunion committee chose the site based on a great room rate, sufficient banquet and meeting room space, and good Air travel options.

Booking your room: Special Orleans Hotel Rates as of February 9, 2017

  • Sun thru Thurs: $58 per night + $18 Resort Fee = $76 per night plus tax for up to two people (and an additional $15 each for a third and fourth person).
  • Weekend nights: $131 + $18 = $149 per night preceeding and following the reunion.
  • The mandatory $18 Resort Fee covers in-room Wi-Fi, access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, in-room safe, unlimited local & 800 calls, and free both valet-parking and self-parking.
  • Penalty-free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • To book your room at these special rates, call 800-675-3267, then, when prompted, press 1.  When a "reservations specialist" comes on the line, tell him/her that your "Group Name" is "Ambassador College Reunion" and your "Reservation ID" is A7AMC03.

Registration for the 2017 Reunion & Banquets

  • Registration: $30 per person gets you your nametag, entrance to the hospitality suite and other group socializing events
  • Sunday night dinner: $60 per person Mexican Buffett
  • Tuesday night dinner: $60 per person Chicken or Salmon plated dinner
