Thank you Sam! No parent ever expects their children to die before they do. It's so surreal at times. He fought a hard battle with a drug resistant lung infection for 3 weeks on a ventilator. He now is at peace and in our loving heavenly Father's care - till we meet again.
It's so nice to hear from you Judy. You know what it's like. I am so sorry for your losses. We are just beginning our journey. God is our Compass, but we don't have a road map - taking one day at a time - some are better than others - but your prayers and so many others are being felt. God bless you dear friend.
Thank you Ginnie! Yes, there is a distant memory... :-) A lot of my memories are distant these days...lol Thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement. Yes, you would love Ruth. She is such a wonderful person. We are so sorry about your Michael. I can't imagine losing a child at age 21 let alone 40. It all seems so surreal, but as time passes the reality hits hard - with the mixed emotions that come along with it. The prayers of so many are such a comfort and are definitely being answered.
