I grew up in Natchez, Mississippi with my parents and 4 siblings.
Before going to AC I studied Environmental Science at the University of Southern Mississippi,
and then Landscape Architecture at Mississippi State University.
After graduating from AC I worked briefly in Houston at the Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation.
I graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College in 1982.
After 27 years in Austin, Texas, I returned to live for 2 yrs ago in my hometown ---Natchez, Mississippi. As of Oct.2021 I am back living in Austin.
In May 1977 I married Elizabeth Lu McSpadden, after we graduated AC.
We lived together in: Houston, TX, Aubrey, TX, Marietta, GA, Natchez, MS, and Austin, TX. Our daughter was born at home in Marietta,GA and she now lives in Austin. She married Albert on July 4,2025 in a simple ceremony at their home.
Elizabeth and I are now happily divorced. (She went by "Lu" in college). She has remarried. I am single.
I enjoy studying and learning. I am an avid researcher. I study: health, well-being, nutrition, news behind the news, "hidden history", architecture, and the forgotten history of, and messages of the bible.
Late one night my friend Ray Diener convinced me to go swimming with him in the ponds in the valley. It was great fun! Unfortunately this was for me a one time event. I later learned that many men did this--I wish I'd been bolder and gone more often ! :) I wonder if any female students did this??! Anyone else enjoy this?
